Dave So and Property Investing

Daveso.com is the relatively new personal site of Dave So (in blog format), a property investor and internet marketeer. It concentrates on ways of making a passive income from property and the internet.

There are numerous posts about property and the housing market, including the sell and rent back business, interest rates and a particularly informative one on home information packs. It is obvious from the detail of his writings that this is a proper blog (not one of those occasional blogs with loads of short inconsequential posts) and he knows his stuff about property and property investment.

I thought there may be a few more posts about search engine optimisation and online marketing (I’m always interested in ways to make some money online) but it seems to concentrate mainly on property. I don’t think I’ll be moving in to that line of business but it is a well written and interesting blog, so I’ll probably be back.
